Description

Tofacitinib Extended Release Tablets with the brand name “TOFASYS-FORTE” are highly used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. This medication treats moderate-to-severe inflammatory conditions. It is also used for the treatment of Ulcerative Colitis, Psoriatic Arthritis, and Ankylosing Spondylitis. Tofacitinib tablets reduce pain, swelling, and disease progression. This medicine has Tofacitinib, which is a Janus kinase inhibitor. It blocks the action of the enzyme inside the cells, which transmits signals from inflammatory proteins(cytokines) to decrease inflammation in arthritis and ulcerative colitis.
