Description
Paracetamol, Phenylephrine HCL & Chlorpheniramine Maleate Tablets with the “Spartus-Plus” brand are used to treat common flu, cold, and allergies, targeting fever, body aches, headaches, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, and watery eyes. This medication is a combination of three drugs: paracetamol+phenylephrine Hydrochloride+chlorpheniramine. Paracetamol inhibits the production of prostaglandins that are responsible for fever and pain. Another drug is Phenylephrine, which shrinks the blood vessels in the nasal passage. Last but not least, Chlorpheniramine, which blocks the action of histamines that are responsible for causing allergic reactions. By combining these three drugs, Paracetamol(an analgesic), Phenylephrine(a nasal decongestant), and Chlorpheniramine(an antihistamine), the person can relieve symptoms of sneezing, headache, runny nose, and fever.
People may experience certain side effects, like headache, constipation, insomnia, nervousness, dry mouth, and blurred vision, which do not require medical attention, but if they persist for a long time, then they should seek advice from a healthcare professional. Take Paracetamol + Phenylephrine + Chlorpheniramine Tablets as prescribed by a doctor and avoid consuming more than the prescribed dosage.
